it to everyday life!
We place an emphasis on movement education and increased body
awareness that is applicable to any movement activity. Whether you
come in for one session or become a lifetime devotee of the work,
you will come away with an experiential knowledge of the body and
how it moves.
Use the Pilates exercises to condition your body to return and
retain its functional movement patterns.
We all develop imbalances and compensatory movement habits. Now
you can take time to learn about yours. we will look at how your
body relates to gravity as you move and how those movement patterns
can become more functional. By increasing your awareness of joint
movement you will develop a freedom in the way your body moves and
will come to see how most chronic pain can be eliminated through
correct movement. We work through and use the Pilates repertoire
to condition your body to hold its ideal alignment.
